- Expanding our service into Bridgeport and other surrounding areas
- Growing partnerships with New Haven healthcare partners and free clinic providers to establish a comprehensive medical care pipeline for New Haven’s underserved population
- Creating a national consortium of heart health organizations and exporting the HAPPY model to other universities
